All he wanted to do was to get back home to his wife
and now this. Somehow, Randy’s credit card had been wiped clean. CREDIT DENIED: everyone’s worst nightmare. Embarrassed, he left the hotel lobby. It was going
to be a long, hard night but at least he had bought his bus ticket several days
ago.
Randy walked until he couldn’t walk anymore. His
dogs were exhausted and thirsty and so was he. Finally, Rex, Lexie, and he
plopped down for a nap on an old loading dock. Samantha’s beautiful face filled
his mind as he drifted off to sleep.
